As of April 2025, noticeboard submissions from EVOC Members will be given priority in our EVOC E-News.
Please do not submit volunteering opportunities – our colleagues at Volunteer Edinburgh are better placed to help you with that.
We provide a year-round programme of training courses ourselves, so we will only promote your training if it is a significantly different offer.
To help us get your post up faster, please use the link above:
- Use simple language that requires no previous knowledge (avoid acronyms and sector abbreviations)
- Write in the third person – this will help avoid confusion as your item is being published on EVOC’s website
- Include a link and/or a point of contact for more info
- Write no more than 200 words
- Make sure your opportunity is relevant to community and voluntary sector organisations in Edinburgh

We reserve the right to decline an item if it is unsuitable for any reason, and will edit your submission if it is over the word limit or not written in the third person. We do not accept submissions that market private sector services.
