    Helping charities and social enterprises navigate the world of social investment.

    £300 to £20,000 for a new or existing activity or to support your organisation to change and adapt to new and future challenges.Gaplin

    £500-£3,000 to constituted groups and charities with an annual income of £50,000 or less to support local people affected by poverty or disadvantage.Gaplin

  • Community Action – The National Lottery Community Fund
    For projects that will help people connect more with each other. They’ll support projects that are open, inclusive and led by their community.

  • Creative Breaks (opens 26 March/deadline 16 April)
    12-month grants for third sector organisations to deliver short breaks projects for carers of adults (aged 21 years and over), and young carers, and the people that they care for.

  • Fairer Life Chances – The National Lottery Community Fund
    £20,001 to £500,000 for projects that support children, young people and families or help people to be healthier and have better access to support for people experiencing poverty, disadvantage or discrimination.

  • Foundation Scotland: Social Investment Fund (No deadline)
    Offers blended grant and loan investment to social enterprises, community organisations and charities working across Scotland.

  • OneCity Trust Annual Grants Programme (5pm, Fri 8 May 2026)
    Up to £6,000 for projects that promote community activities, reduce poverty and the impact of poverty, tackle inequalities and enhance diversity and equality, e.g. lunch clubs, cooking groups, arts and crafts and DIY projects.

  • Scottish Land Fund – The National Lottery Community Fund
    Grants of between £5,000 and £1 million are available to fund the purchase of land or land assets.

  • Strengthening Organisations: The National Lottery Community Fund
    £300 to £50,000 for organisations currently funded by the National Lottery Community Fund

    Up to £1,500 for local projects supporting children, young people or families from across the whole of Scotland.

  • The Robertson Trust: Small and Large Grants (No deadline)
    Small grants offer increased funding of between £5,000-£20,000 per year, typically for 3 years. Large Grants now offer funding of between £20,000-£50,000 per year.

    Revenue and capital funding for constituted community groups and small charities with an annual income of under £30,000.
