The Saltire Society are happy to provide affiliate members and friends access to the headquarters for private meetings and events. Simply asking if the following house rules could be followed in order to make this arrangement as effective as possible for both parties.
- Booking be kept to six a year, unless otherwise arranged with the Society.
- Bookings must be made with the Society at least two weeks in advance and must be confirmed in writing.
- Events held within Saltire Office hours will be looked at more favourably but should an event need to take place out with office hours or at weekends, access details need to be agreed with the Society so that, if necessary, collection of keys during office hours can be arranged.
