Job Opportunity: Executive Director/Development Officer (No More Tears Project)
Contract: Full Time (36 hours per week) to 31 March 2027
Salary: £36,000 per annum

LINKnet Mentoring Limited is based in Edinburgh and provides mentoring support to minority ethnic people on career, education and personal development as its core service. The post holder will be responsible for the overall management of LINKnet and the project work of the NINT project.
The Role
Management:
- Organisation management
- Operations management
- Supply chain management
- Human resource management
- Finance management
Development work:
- Making and supporting 35-45 befriending pairs per year
- Holding 10 social, educational or cultural events with the participation of 150-200 people per year
