In this course, you will learn how to search for jobs, write job applications and cover letters, improve interview skills, and learn about work culture in Scotland and UK employment rights.
Subsidies including childcare and transport can be provided.
This six-week course takes place weekly for 2 hours at 2 different venues:
Tue 6 Feb – Tue, 19 Mar, 10am – 12noon @ The Welcoming Association, 20/1 Westfield Avenue, EH11 2TT
The capacity of the course is 20 people per session.

- Week 1: Finding work in Scotland (Tuesday 6th February)
- BREAK – FEBRUARY HOLIDAY WEEK
- Week 2: Writing CVs (Tuesday 20th February)
- Week 3: Interviews (Tuesday 27th February)
- Week 4: Scottish work culture (Tuesday 5th March)
- Week 5: Rights & Responsibilities in the Workplace (Tuesday 12th March)
- Week 6: Practice interviews / Q&A session (Tuesday 19th March)
