Better Breaks 2025-2026 Applications Now Open
£1.2 million in funding is available for short break projects supporting disabled children and young people (aged 20 and under), and their carers -both adult and young carers.
Better Breaks offers 12-month grants to third-sector organisations to develop and deliver a wide range of short break projects and services, including:
• Activities and breaks for disabled children and young people without their carers
• Breaks for families to enjoy together
• Activities for young/sibling carers and the person they care for
