What happens with your feedback
Police Scotland say it is vital that they listen, understand, and take action using your views and experiences. Outcome 3 of their Joint Strategy for Policing (2020) creates the space within policing to inform their services using these insights.
Their Annual Police Plan 2022/23 sets out what they will do to keep communities safe and this has been developed using the responses to last year’s survey, along with focus groups, workshops and other ways they listen to communities.
