About the Role:
As Partnerships Development Manager, the successful candidate will help generate the income required to sustain The Yard’s services by engaging existing supporters and attracting new ones. They will lead corporate fundraising across all sites.
Key responsibilities will include delivering a corporate fundraising strategy and annual plan, raising The Yard’s profile among companies across Scotland, and building long-term relationships that increase regular giving, mid-value donations and legacy support.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A broad range of experience in meeting or exceeding funding targets.
- The ability to think strategically and creatively to build sustainable and innovative partnerships.
- Proven experience of successfully planning and managing multiple priorities.
- A strong understanding of the needs of businesses and the value that charity partnerships can bring to their success.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive attitude and a friendly, approachable manner.
