Everyday people with chest, heart and stroke conditions are leaving hospital scared and alone. You can be part of their mission to make sure that there is no life half lived in Scotland. By joining Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) as an Operational Support Administrator, you can be the difference between people just surviving and really living.

You will be a team player, comfortable working to a rota and sharing tasks with other team members. Your day-to-day tasks will vary, including responding to ad-hoc queries, taking calls from members of the public, supporting internal and external groups with minute taking, managing data, and providing event management support.

You will show a good level of confidence in digital tools and high confidence in communicating with a variety of stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role, with the role holder required to work in their Head Office on a rota basis, usually two days per week for part-time colleagues.

CHSS employees enjoy a variety of organisational benefits including: Company pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, company sick pay, employee welfare support and life assurance.

CHSS also supports flexible recruitment through Working Families, and they are “Happy to Talk Flexible Working”.

In line with their commitment to safeguarding, this role is subject to a Basic Disclosure check. CHSS is committed to equality of opportunity and to providing a service which is free from unfair and unlawful discrimination.
