Norton Park have a serviced office space available for rent to third sector organisations.
It is suitable for up to 16 desks and as a serviced office includes a range of services – you pay for rent and service charge.
Service charge prices include gas, electricity and water (except drainage) cleaning provision of your office, reception services, cleaning of communal areas, broadband, buildings insurance, office waste disposal, recycling services and janitorial services and parking is first come, first served within the car park.
Should the on-site parking be full, there is local on street parking too. They have 2 electric vehicle charging bays and 9 accessible parking bays. They also have secure bike storage.
(The only additional charges would be your rates and drainage – which each office is responsible for).
