Drop-in advice sessions for issues with private renting, short-term lets, HMOs

The Council’s specialist team will be on hand to give advice and guidance on:

  • tenancy management issues (for tenants and landlords)
  • reporting suspected unlicensed short-term lets (STLs), unlicensed houses of multiple occupation (HMOs) and unregistered landlords
  • reporting issues from HMOs and short-term lets such as anti-social behaviour.

The team will be in Leith Library on the first Monday of every month, starting 1 June 2026. Drop in any time between 2 and 4 pm.
