Complete a short expression of interest form that includes:
- 150 words about your project
- A forecasted budget
- The locality or localities you are planning to work in

Fri 10 Oct: Deadline for initial expressions of interest
(All expressions of interest will be shared at the collaboration event)
Tue 21 Oct: Collaboration event, 9.30am – 12.30pm @ Greyfriars Charteris Centre
Tue 21 Oct: Full applications open for new projects*
You will be asked to provide more details about your project application, indicate whether you intend to work in partnership, and submit supporting documentation to accompany your submission. The application link will only be sent to people who have submitted an expression of interest (new applications) or an interim evaluation (continuation applications).
Mon 3 Nov, 12noon: Application and evaluation deadline (continuation funding)
Fri 5 Dec: Application deadline (new projects)
Jan – Feb 2026: Decision making
Early March 2026: Grant award notifications
End of March 2026: Grants paid
