Locality Operational Groups (LOGs)

As of December 2021 the Locality Operational Groups (LOGs) had consulted on 316 individual needs referrals.

They continue to bring together a range of professionals to consult on the needs of children, young people and families. Each of Edinburgh’s 4 localities has a LOG, with knowledge of services in their area.

HOW THE LOGs COULD HELP YOU
We’ve pulled together a selection of consultation examples that show the kind of support and advice the LOGs can offer.

WHAT IS A LOG?
Each of Edinburgh’s localities has their own LOG, bringing together public and voluntary sector reps for you to consult on the needs of children, young people and families. Whether you work for a school, nursery, charity, community centre or NHS Service, the LOGs are here to support you. You can find out more here.

CONSULT A LOG
If you would like to reach out to one of the LOGs, you can consult them at any time and one of the reps will get back to you after their weekly meeting:
– Support for children, young people & families
– Support for a community group or groups

For any further info or to get in touch about the LOGs please get in touch: logs@evoc.org.uk
