The Edinburgh New Scots Integration Network (ENSIN) brings together third sector organisations, community groups, public bodies, and faith communities that support New Scots in Edinburgh. New Scots includes refugees, people seeking asylum, people with humanitarian protection, and people with no recourse to public funds. Established in 2017 as the New Scots Steering Group, the network provides a space for collaboration, information sharing, and joint action to improve outcomes for New Scots across the city. The Network is led by two co-chairs and EVOC provides secretariat support. Our vision is for Edinburgh to be a welcoming city where New Scots can thrive within our communities.
