Receptionist/Administrator (Part-time)

2 June 2026 By EVOC Communications Team

Organisation: The Neuro Therapy Place

Job Opportunity: Receptionist/Administrator (Part-time – 18 hours per week)

Deadline: Fri 10 Jun 2026.

Job Purpose

They are recruiting for a part-time Receptionist/Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a varied role that combines front-of-house customer service with a wide range of administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, families and carers, managing enquiries by phone, email and in person, co-ordinating bookings and payments, supporting client registrations and maintaining accurate records.

They are looking for an organised and confident individual with excellent administrative skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and digital systems to accurately record, retrieve and manage information. The role requires the ability to learn and navigate multiple databases and booking systems, and confidence handling sensitive information in line with GDPR requirements. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential. In return, they offer a supportive and values driven working environment, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, enhanced sick pay, competitive annual leave entitlement, and free gym membership.
