Stepping Stones has 40 years of experience working in North Edinburgh, supporting children and families through both one-to-one support and group work across community settings and in the home.
They are seeking a Family Wellbeing Practitioner to join their BWell Together team. This role is funded until 30 September 2026.
BWell Together is Edinburgh’s North West partnership that works together to:
- Improve the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people
- Improve the resilience of children and young people – increasing the capacity for children, young people, and their families to resolve difficulties and problems
- Increase the capacity of parents/carers in supporting the emotional needs of their children and young people.
The partnership consists of seven agencies: Circle, Stepping Stones North Edinburgh, Granton Youth, Intercultural Youth Scotland, Pilton Children’s Youth Project, Muirhouse Youth Development Project and Wester Hailes Youth Agency.
Support will include the provision of one-to-one support for children and holistic family support, to build resilience, parenting capacity and positive relationships.
