Valerie joined EVOC in November 2025.
Valerie brings 20 years of experience working in varied roles across retail, higher education and the third sector in cross-cultural settings, with a focus on project, programme and service development and delivery. Throughout her career, Valerie has built a track record of delivering inclusive, high-quality experiences, fostering collaboration and trusted relationships and improving engagement. In addition, she empowers others to achieve their goals, ensures continuous improvement, and has a lasting impact on people and communities.</P
With a grounding in Psychology, alongside professional training in Community Development, Coaching and Mentoring, Carbon Literacy and Mental Health First Aid, she brings a holistic understanding of and commitment to wellbeing, inclusion and sustainability.
<p?Valerie is a passionate advocate for continuous learning and personal development. She has volunteered on local and international groups in coaching, committee, teaching and skills development facilitation roles. Her spare time is spent swing and blues dancing, sea swimming and in nature. She has travelled extensively throughout Australasia, the South Pacific, and Asia.
