After 12 successful years, our current Chief Executive Ella Simpson is retiring. So, we’re looking for a new Chief Executive, someone who as a visionary leader and motivator, can lead the organisation to deliver our strategic plan. The post is accountable to a Board of Directors, and is responsible for working with the Board to ensure clear strategic direction, driving the organisation’s vision, mission and strategic aims, developing operational plans and managing the resources that deliver against these.
You will be a strong leader, politically astute and skilled networker. You will be committed to supporting community led approaches to address inequality and social justice. You will have a track record of doing the right thing rather than the easy thing. You will be passionate about the voluntary sector and its role within civic society.
