Early Years Change Fund – Development Fund Workshop

Making Sure Your Proposal Targets EYCF Outcomes

EVOC will be hosting a workshop for those applying for Edinburgh’s Early Years Development Fund

Date:     11th October, 2013

Venue:   SYHA Edinburgh Central Youth Hostel

Time:    9.30 Refreshments, sign in

                 10.00  Start

                 12.00  Close

 

The four Early Years Change Fund Work Stream Leads will give an overview of the four key outcomes –

 

Work Stream 1 – Aileen McLean

Strengthen universal ante natal and early years services especially for vulnerable children and families

Work Stream 2 – Lynne Porteous

Reduce the need for children to become looked after

Work Stream 3 – Andy Jeffries

Improve support for children and young people Looked After at home to reduce the need for children to become accommodated

Work Stream 4 – Scott Dunbar

Increase CEC foster placements and strengthen Kinship Care arrangements to achieve best value placements with best outcomes for children and young people.
