Link Up Women’s Support Centre aims to provide a safe and caring environment in the community where women can meet with each other, share experiences, try new things, develop new skills, build confidence and gain support to live a hopeful and satisfying life even in the continuing presence of illness. We are looking for an experienced Project Worker who can join a small team who are responsible for the delivery and facilitation of peer support group work within our Centre. We need someone who is caring, empathic, reflective and who has group work and mental health experience.
The post is a part-time position, 12 hours per week at £13 per hour.
The Project Worker needs to be able to work one evening a week and on Saturdays, as they will primarily work in our Out of Hours service. We also require flexibility to cover holidays.
