Calling all gardeners!
Eric Liddell Centre Plant Sale
Now is the time to split up your plants to make more room for growth next year – and while you are splitting them up why not pop some of the extra plants into pots and donate them to us to help raise funds for the vital work of the Centre.
Hand in your plants, identifying by attached label to assist us, between 9.30 and 11am on Saturday, 26th September. The sale will be open from 11am until 2pm outside the entrance to the Centre at Holy Corner with teas and coffee available to enjoy whilst you browse the plants on sale.
The Eric Liddell Centre (Scottish Charity Number SC003147) is a local care charity and community hub founded in 1980, in memory of the 1924 Olympic 400m gold medallist, Eric Liddell. We celebrate our 40th Anniversary this year.
We are working hard to change perceptions of living with dementia, disabilities and mental health issues – we aim to show living a full life can be achieved with the correct support. Since we were established, we have developed many valuable services across the city of Edinburgh, including our specialist Dementia Day Care Service, Carers Programme, Befriending Service and Caring Soles (foot care) Service.
