In 2019 the Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership published their three year Strategic Plan – outlining the core strategic priorities for the Edinburgh Integration Joint Board (EIJB) and the actions the Partnership would take to achieve them in an innovative, inclusive and pragmatic way.
They’re now halfway through the strategic cycle and in the process of refreshing the Strategic Plan, taking learns from the Transformation programme and the pandemic to ensure they continue to deliver a caring, healthy and safe Edinburgh.
They need you to help them shape it by sharing your input at their Roadshow Event.
What to expect at the road show?
The refreshed strategic plan will set out how health and social care services will evolve in Edinburgh over the next series of planning cycles and it will apply to all adults in the city of Edinburgh who require health and social care or who are considered at risk.
EHSCP want the new Strategic Plan to provide a direction of travel and strategic framework within which to progress. During the roadshow events, there will be an informal discussion about the proposed strategic ends they want to achieve, and the means which they’ll use to get there. All feedback is welcome and they look forward to hearing your views.
