I’m delighted to announce the launch of this year’s 20/20 Vision, a biennial award open to people in their 20s living and working in Scotland.
20/20 Vision aims to highlight 20 notable young people in their 20s who are involved in remarkable work. We’re hoping to identify individuals from all professional and personal backgrounds, from young artists and musicians to entrepreneurs and environmentalists, who are, for example, inspiring other young people, embarking on humanitarian work, inventing new technologies, or achieving other remarkable feats in their field; living proof that young people can make a difference.
I am writing to ask if you know someone who fits our criteria: a young person in their 20s who has shown outstanding promise and determination. If you have someone in mind, please send your nomination/s, with details of their name/s and age/s and why you are putting them forward, no later than Thursday 10 October, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The 20 finalists will have their photo and profile published in the Christmas edition of the Scottish Review on Wednesday 18 December.
