The nature of the sector now requires that organisations are skilled at designing and implementing projects in the contexts of need and of policy.
This online course will introduce the key ideas for defining and managing projects. Participants will practice on real-life examples using relevant practical tools.

Please note there will be time for group activities and regular comfort breaks.
The course can be a stand-alone event or can complement the training in How to Win Contracts and SLAs starting on Monday 15 November. Participants should also consider attending the course in Finance for Non-Financial Managers on Wednesday 6 October.
