Here at EVOC we are delighted to be able to offer two NEW courses looking at hybrid/blended meetings (where some people are in the room and some are online) are complex and easy to do poorly.
These two training sessions will cover the practical skills of a) planning b) technically running a great blended meeting. Training attendees will receive a guidance document and practical checklist.
We recommend that participants attend both days to get the best overview of running Hybrid meetings but it is not mandatory. If you would like to attend both courses please select the Hybrid Meetings: The planning & the tech from the dropdown list of courses. Please note there is a small saving if you book the two courses at the same time.
Participants may attend in person, or remotely.
Who should attend
This practical and interactive session for anyone that will plan and/or chair blended meetings.
The training will focus on:
- Why blended meetings are so complex
- Considerations – planning a great meeting
- How to engage ALL attendees
- Key roles – chair, room hosts and the producer
- Managing Bias and diversity
Participants will gain an understanding of how to prepare engaging and productive blended meetings. They will also receive practical guidance materials will help put learning into practice after the session but also participants will experience the session in a hybrid setting and therefore will observe the learnings in practice
