About the course
In this online half day course leaders and managers will get to know the essentials of doing an annual appraisal well, so that your staff get congratulated as well as signposted to what is needed for the year ahead. This course can be a refresher for experienced managers or for those new to managing and it is also for Chairs of Boards, who do the appraisal of their CEO, as well as doing appraisal type meeting with each board member. Ultimately it is about supporting change and developing good performance.

To enable managers and leaders to hold effective annual appraisal meetings well with their staff.

- Developing your understanding of the purpose and benefits of appraisals
- To explore how the annual appraisal fits into your organisational development cycle
