Case for Support: A clear, compelling and concise argument which convinces potential donors of the beneficiaries’ need for help.
The aim of this session is to highlight the need for a strong case for support and develop one for those who raise funds for their cause. This workshop is suitable to anyone in a charity or voluntary organisation with responsibility for fundraising, for example trustees, managers, or others.
By the end of this session, you should be able to:
- Identify the characteristics of a strong case for support
- Develop both written and verbal ‘cases’
- Understand how you’ll use the ‘cases’ and adapt them as needed
