Organisational Development

EVOC provides bespoke support to organisations working within the Edinburgh area. Using a community development approach the team bring expert skills to support organisations at all stages in their development. The team have knowledge of the legal and reporting frameworks and promote best practice in line with up-to-date guidance and regulations. 

Length of support is variable according to circumstance and can range from a one-off meeting to a longer period by negotiation. Our aim is to conclude a period of support which leaves the agency more confident in itself, feeling better placed and stronger than before.

Priority is given to organisations working within the field of health and social care; however, we may be able to assist organisations working in other fields through our consultancy and learning services.
