Training Grants

We know that one of the main barriers to accessing training is lack of funds. We keep our fees as low as possible, and work hard to secure funds to run free courses wherever able.  The following grants might be of use.

- If your organisation’s income is less than £200,000 and is a registered charity then please apply with this application form: Application for EVOT Grant for Training courses at EVOC. This grant contributes towards the cost of one person attending an EVOC Learning 1/2 day or full day training course. Contact Julie Anne Hill at EVOC for more information 0131 555 9100.

- If you are a not for profit organisation you can apply for up to £10,000 funding to train staff, committee and volunteers from the Volunteer Development Grant. If you have an idea for a training programme you would like to run at your workplace to enhance volunteering opportunities, give Julie Anne or Steff a call on 0131 555 9100. 

- If you are an SME (includes voluntary sector) with less than 100 employees, you can apply for the Flexible Training Opportunities. This grant can be used to half the cost of the non-mandatory training for your organisation.
