Compact Partnership

EVOC represents the city’s third sector within the Edinburgh Compact Partnership.

The Edinburgh Compact is a high-level city agreement between the public and voluntary and community sectors.

Its purpose is to promote and support:

• the relationship between third sector organisations and public agencies at a citywide level;

• an environment of mutual advantage.

EVOC also serves as secretariat to the Compact Partnership, and maintains the Edinburgh Compact website where you can find detailed information about the Edinburgh Compact, including its current Strategy and Action Plan.
