Part Time Administrative Assistant for COSS
Community One Stop Shop are looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant
Salary: £13,548
Hours: 12 hours per week
Post funded until July 2013
The successful candidate will help with all administrative duties within the Community One Stop Shop.
These include reception duties, filing, assisting clients, basic accounts, answering telephone and greeting clients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organized person with relevant experience in administration and in using Microsoft Office.

The Community One Stop Shop is an independent free and confidential service offering support and advocacy. Our overall aim is to improve the quality of life for residents in the Broomhouse area. The need for our service was established by a community survey and steering group back in 2002. As a result of favorable feedback we were established and supported by local activists. We work with volunteers who help us to run our organisation on a day to day basis. We assist our clients in many ways including advice on debt matters, welfare benefits, housing issues, employability, utility bills, community empowerment and education.
