The Big Lottery Fund Improving Futures programme aims to improve outcomes for children in families with multiple and complex needs, where the oldest child is aged between 5-10 years old.

Midlothian Sure Start, on behalf of the IFM Partnership, is looking to recruit self-motivated individuals to establish and develop the Improving Futures Midlothian programme. An understanding of the needs of families with multiple and complex needs, a relevant qualification, and relevant experience is essential for all posts.
