The charity is now seeking a Business Process Analyst to join its Fundraising Business Improvement Team in Edinburgh. The team provides project management support and business process solutions for change projects and for the improvement of fundraising activity, efficiency and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will be an experienced business process analyst with excellent analytical, process mapping, project management and improvement facilitation skills, and experience of managing complex process improvement projects from business case development and current state analysis to solution implementation.
You will work closely with the fundraising team to understand their business requirements, understand current process performance, facilitate process design and redesign, and deliver full process change implementation to improve performance. You must be a confident communicator at all levels as well as having a true passion, knowledge and appreciation for the work and values of Marie Curie.
