Finding Funds

EVOC has a range of resources which you can access in your quest for more funds, including FunderFinder, the legendary database of funding bodies, directories and links.

Using FunderFinder

You can access the FunderFinder programme from our offices in Ashley Place. We will guide new users through the use of the program and assist with searching the directories if needed.

FunderFinder contains information on over 4,500 different funders. The programme helps organisations to identify charitable trusts that might give them a grant. You input your answers to questions like:

  • What kind of a group are you?
  • How much money do you need?
  • What is the money needed for? (i.e., running costs, a building, a one-off project, publication, equipment etc)
  • Does your group have charitable status?
  • Where is your group based?

It then retrieves a list of potential grant making trusts for you to apply to. You then look up the funders in the various directories of grant making trusts which we hold here.

To use FunderFinder or any of our directories of grant making trusts please contact Julie Anne Hill on 0131 555 9127 (Tuesday - Thursday) or call the main EVOC number 0131 555 9100 (Monday or Friday) to make an appointment.
