Charity Law: overview

Description

The Charity Trustee and Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 is the cornerstone of Scottish charity law.  All trustees need to understand their role and responsibilities in terms of charity law and this training session will take participants through the relevant parts of the Act, its interpretation and OSCR guidance. Participants are encouraged to pre register and record their areas of interest to inform the shape of the course, which can be tailored to meet the needs of those attending.
