E-Portfolio Open Assessment Programme for HSC SVQs 2,3 & 4

Description

Candidates will receive: one to one award and portfolio induction; individualised award plan timetable; 3-4 direct observations; portfolio assessment and feedback; guidance on meeting gaps in practice and knowledge. Applicants will use "Learning Assistant" e-portfolio system.

Pre-requisites

Appropriate social care experience: HSC2 6 months; HSC3 2 years (including work not under direct supervision); HSC4 minimum of 6 months experience at supervisory level.
