Edinburgh Change Fund – Innovation Grant Programme

You may already know that EVOC is administering a proportion of the Edinburgh Older People’s Services Change Fund (Click Item 14). Voluntary organisations in the city can apply for funds to develop and deliver innovative services to the client group.

We are currently working hard to develop the necessary application process and I am pleased to be able to announce today that all paperwork – criteria, application forms etc. will be published on the EVOC website on Friday 21^st October 2011. The closing date for applications will be 30^th November 2011.

Innovation Awards will be available to organisations that are currently delivering or are planning to deliver services to people aged over 65 in Edinburgh. Your project will need to fit into one of the following categories:

	Project Categories
1	Providing more of the same effective service/s for the an existing target group in your present target area
2	Developing a new innovative idea/s to deliver a service for the existing target group in your present target area
3	Taking your proven effective service/s to another target group or another area in Edinburgh
4	Developing a new innovative idea/s to deliver a new service/s for new target group/s in Edinburgh
5	Develop an innovative way/s for building capacity and investing in volunteering
